The Los Angeles Lakers wasted no time dispatching the Milwaukee Bucks, 119–95, on Sunday (PH time) at the Fiserv Forum in Milwaukee.
The Lakers had their guns blazing as early as the first half, leading by as many as 31 points with 35.1 seconds left in the second period.
Luka Dončić led the way with 41 points, 9 rebounds, and 6 assists as Los Angeles improved to 10–4.
Austin Reaves chipped in 25 points, 6 rebounds, and 8 assists, while Deandre Ayton added 20 points and 10 rebounds.
Bronny James made his first start of the season but went scoreless in just seven minutes of action.
On the other hand, Giannis Antetokounmpo paced the Bucks with 32 points, 10 rebounds, and 5 assists as Milwaukee slipped to 8–6 in the Eastern Conference standings.
Milwaukee will visit Cleveland to face the Cavaliers on Tuesday, while the Lakers will defend their home court against the Utah Jazz.
