Spurs stay perfect with win over Heat

The San Antonio Spurs continued their red-hot start to the season, defeating the Miami Heat 107–101 on the road to improve to 5-0—the first time in franchise history the team has opened a season with five straight wins.
French phenom Victor Wembanyama led the way once again, recording another monster double-double with 27 points and 18 rebounds, anchoring both ends of the floor for the Spurs. Stephon Castle provided key support, finishing with 21 points.
On the flip side, Bam Adebayo powered the home side with 31 points, while Andrew Wiggins added 24, but the rest of the team struggled to find rhythm against the young and spunky Spurs.
San Antonio will aim for win number six when they face the Phoenix Suns on Monday, while the Heat will look to bounce back against the Los Angeles Lakers on the same day.
