The Houston Rockets cruised to their second straight win of the season, defeating the Toronto Raptors 139–121 on Wednesday (Thursday, Manila time).
 
Seven Rockets scored in double figures, with Kevin Durant leading the charge with 31 points on 11-of-19 shooting, including 4-of-8 from beyond the arc.
 
Jabari Smith Jr. followed with 25 points, while Alperen Şengün and Amen Thompson added 18 apiece. Tari Eason also chipped in 18, Steven Adams had 12, and Josh Okogie contributed 10.
 
Houston dominated the boards, outrebounding Toronto 53–22, with seven Rockets players grabbing five or more rebounds.
 
The Rockets notched their second straight win after opening the season with back-to-back losses.
 
For Toronto, Scottie Barnes led the way with 31 points, while Brandon Ingram posted a season-high 29 points in a Raptors uniform.
