The Denver Nuggets notched their first win of the season on Sunday morning (Manila time), dominating the Phoenix Suns with a 133–111 victory at Ball Arena.

All five Denver starters scored in double figures, led by Jamal Murray, who tallied 23 points, six assists, and five rebounds. Nikola Jokić once again displayed his all-around brilliance, recording a triple-double with 14 points, 15 assists, and 14 rebounds.

Christian Braun added 20 points, along with three rebounds and three assists, while Aaron Gordon, fresh off a career-high 50-point outing in the season-opening loss to Golden State, contributed 17 points, two rebounds, and one assist.

The Nuggets dominated inside, outscoring the Suns 62–14 in points in the paint, a testament to their aggressive attack and interior control.

For Phoenix, Devin Booker led all scorers with 31 points, adding seven assists and three rebounds, but his efforts weren’t enough to prevent the Suns from dropping their second straight game.

The Nuggets (1–1) will next visit the Minnesota Timberwolves on Tuesday in Minneapolis, while the Suns (1–2) continue their road trip against the Utah Jazz.
