Phoenix relieved head coach Willie Wilson and team consultant Jamike Jarin after just one conference.
An official announcement was made on Wednesday with Wilson being replaced after a 3-8 record in the Philippine Cup.
Jarin was previously the head coach of Phoenix before Wilson took over at the start of the season.
The team said it "amicably parted ways" and thanked them for "their hard work, commitment, and professionalism throughout the years.”
Wilson was once a player and assistant coach of Phoenix before moving to the head coaching role.
